Meet the Blogger

Our blog (and all of our other social media channels) is written and run by Colleen Walsh with guidance from attorney Dalton.

I recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts with two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in History with a minor in German and the other in Communication. I have always considered going to law school as I've been obsessed with Elle Woods since I was 10 years old, but I can't fathom another 3 years of school right now. Working in this office and writing this blog allows me to learn more about law while doing something that I enjoy.

I love writing and running this blog, as well as our other social media channels such as facebook and twitter, because it allows me to help people better understand what we do here at the office. Estate planning can often be confusing, but it is something that is important and relevant to every single person who is over the age of 18. Social media is something that so many people are familiar with and use every day so it feels great to bring people useful information through these outlets.

In my free time, I love to hang out with my sorority sisters, hit the gym or the hiking trail, and pretend that I'm a long lost, must more intelligent Kardashian sister, Kolleen.

Attorney Elaine M. Dalton owns and runs the Law Office of Elaine M. Dalton, which is located in Groveland, Massachusetts.  She graduated from Emmanuel College with a Bachelors degree and attend New England Law School for her J.D. Although she has worked in many other areas of law, she has focused on elder law and estate planning for the past 10 years, and has owned her own practice for seven.

Attorney Dalton loves meeting with clients, and she enjoys helping them understand the steps they need to take to enjoy their retirement to the fullest extent. She also loves helping people from age 18-98 get the legal coverage they need from the documents and services she provides.

In her free time, attorney Dalton loves to hang out with her dog, Wesley and enjoy some tea.
